This is a high-intensity interval-training (HIIT) workout where competitive dance and plyometrics meet. You will dance five 2-minute insane dance intervals with 30-second recover breaks between. The best part of this workout is that your body continues to burn fat 24 hours after you stop exercising. This program is very demanding and isn’t for beginners.
