Breath Meditation
Beginner • 12m
In this short meditation, we’ll use the breath as a focal point for attention. Breath is the link between mind and body. By focusing on taking full three dimensional breaths, we invite our minds to come into the present moment, calm the nervous system and promote an overall sense of wellbeing. All you need is your body and breath. Find a quiet space and take a few moments to simply breathe.
