Weight Training 102 is designed to help you learn the fundamental exercises of weight training. You’ll build upon the techniques in Weight Training 101 as each exercise is the progression of what you learned in the previous workout. This will help you improve functional movement capacity as well as strength, stability, and endurance. Javi will guide you through a fun circuit-training workout that is guaranteed to get you moving and feeling great. Modifications are provided for each of the exercises.
