Sport Conditioning Plyo is an intense and fast-paced workout that delivers a ton of fat-burning and cardio-boosting benefits. You’ll learn nine of the most important and effective plyometric exercises – all of them are perfect for beginners! These plyo exercises will help incinerate fat, tone your muscles, and strengthen your heart and lungs. Exercises are broken down into 90-second segments with a new layer of intensity every 30 seconds. You can follow along or go at your pace. Just a few minutes of plyometrics a couple times a week will help keep you super fit and healthy. Substitutions provided for low intensity options.
