Our very own Fitness Director, Rachel Hall, will lead a full bodyweight workout incorporating UltaBands (although, UltaBands are not mandatory). To sign up for the UltaBand 100 Day Challenge:
1. Make sure you have an active subscription to Body FX. Go to bodyfx.com if you need to subscribe.
2. When you receive the welcome email to the May challenge, make sure to fill out the form for photos and measurements.
3. On the photos and measurements form, select '100-Day UltaBand' Schedule from the dropdown.
That's it - you're good to go!
