You learn things like how to squat properly without pain, lunge without wobbling, hold a plank for 30 seconds and walk or run without knee and/or back pain. You will also learn what it means to "engage your core," and how to do a hip hinging movement, as these are the common elements in Rhythm Fit. Knowing these basic bodyweight exercises will help you to become strong, lean and agile.
